Winthrop Planning

The Town of Winthrop’s Planning Commission is a body made up of dedicated volunteers who are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Town Council to serve six year terms.  The commission provides advice and recommendations to the Town Council and conducts public hearings as needed or required by Winthrop’s municipal code.

Current Planning Agenda

Planning Commission generally meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Hen House (back meeting room) at the Winthrop Barn.  The agenda is usually posted Thursday before the next meeting.
